Update 3 Features:
-Updated packaging method to reduce overall project size and update size
-Removed a few dozen unnecessary plugins, should increase load times and prevent VR from starting
-Renamed Takara to Tatari
-Fixed color changing script
-Fixed Turret material and projectile not packaging
-Fix applied to address ledge climb soft lock
-Fixed Shield walls being climbable
-Fixed bug with blocks passing through shields
-Fixed fudging of Toa Triggers
-Fixed Water display in elemental chamber
-First pass at FMOD integration
-Added descriptions to mask wheel
-Mask wheel has greater gametime slow-down
-Refactored Kakama to increase action speed instead of auto-running
-Refactored Komau to now have a "Mind Blast" stunning effect on Aggrssive rahi that are aware of your position
-Refactored Hau to present a gap in defenses while the Toa is attacking. This is WIP
-Miru is now able to be used when sword is drawn
-Updated Spirit Altar functionality
-Refactored method for block pushing. Press interact to push blocks; blocks that are too big will require Pakari and will switch to it if available
-Refactored Ledge Climbing for stability. Can no longer ledge-up through objects, can no longer ledge-grab flat walls. Possibly fixed Soft-lock. -Increased push/pull speed for pakari blocks
-Increased matatu control speed
-Increased Ledge-up speed
-Increased distance for fall damage to apply, reduced Fall damage min/max values
-Disabled stat menu, as it's not needed for TOGS
-Added view-based Swimming, animations and Toa angles are not updated. -Reworded riddles in final room
-Reduced drain speed on Huna
-Updated Tatari Dialogue
-Temporarily disabled Dialogue positioning and Matoran Head Rotation.
-Added notification when trying to switch masks in an area where this is forbidden
